Prices are for a standard city lot — a one- or two-car driveway and a typical lawn. Larger properties add a flat $25–50 a month; we confirm your exact price with a free quote before you join, and it never changes mid-season.
Member add-ons: handyman small jobs ($75/hr + HST, one-hour minimum, grab bars to furnace filters) · junk & downsizing runs (from $89 + HST a load, disposal included) · Christmas lights · eavestrough guards. Fertilizer and seed only; no pesticide spraying.

Questions people ask
When do you start?
Our first season starts with the spring cleanup in April 2027, and the membership runs straight through from there — lawn all summer, leaves in the fall, snow all winter. You can reserve now and nothing is charged today; your first invoice comes at the end of the first month we work. Reserving early is how you hold a founding rate, and it lets us plan a route we can actually keep our promises on.
When exactly do you come?
Spring starts with a cleanup in April — winter sand and debris off the lawn. Through the summer we cut as the lawn needs it: weekly when it’s growing hard, easing off in dry spells. In the fall: fertilizer and overseeding, cleanup in late October, eavestroughs after the leaves drop. In winter, automatically any time 5 cm or more falls, no phone call needed, and every client is cleared within 24 hours of the snow ending. Seniors with medical needs are first on the route.
What do you do in the summer?
We look after the lawn the way we look after the driveway in January: you never think about it. Cuts as the grass needs them — we watch the lawn, not the calendar — trimmed and blown clean, with the photo to your phone after every visit. Seasons+ members get the full fertilizer program through the year. Same faces, same one number on the bill, every month.
Is the ridge at the end of the driveway really included?
Yes. Every visit, every storm. The city says that ridge is the homeowner’s responsibility, and most companies here charge extra for it or make it a premium tier. We think clearing your driveway means all of it.
How does billing work?
Monthly, by e-transfer or card, after the month’s work. No seasonal prepay, no contract lock-in. If we’re not doing a good job, you cancel and we shake hands.
What if I only want a few months?
It’s monthly billing and you can stop anytime — no contract, no exit fee, and we part on good terms. Two things to know first: your spot goes to the next family on the list, and the founding rate lives only as long as the membership does. If you leave and come back, it’s the regular price, behind the waitlist. Most people find every month earns its keep — there’s no season where we’re not doing something.
Who will be on my property?
The same one or two people, every time, and you’ll meet them at the first spring visit — long before the first snow. Everyone carries a current police record check and is covered by our insurance.
Do you spray for weeds?
No. Fertilizer and grass seed only. Weed and insect control products legally require a licensed exterminator in Ontario, and we stay on the maintenance side of that line. If you need spraying, we’ll point you to a licensed provider.
My parents aren’t good with texts.
No problem. The photo can go to you instead, and your parents just see a cleared driveway. A phone call works too; we’re flexible about how people like to hear from us.
